Add a Wallet Flag

post/api/v2/internal/wallet/{walletId}/walletFlags

Adds one Wallet Flag to the wallet. Wallet Flags have two properties: name, which uniquely identifies the flag, and value, a string, with the current value of the flag (usually 'true' or 'false').
